Lucas Guo

Lucas Guo is responsible for driving business growth and fostering investor relationships at
ML Tech, with a primary focus on multi-strategy funds and capital raising. His expertise
spans alternative investments advisory, corporate advisory, and global business growth
Strategies.

Prior to joining ML Tech, Lucas was an integral member of the global Business Development
team at LTP, where he successfully spearheaded global business expansion initiatives.
Before that, he served as a Financial Analyst at Haitong Securities, specializing in corporate
financial analysis, merger and acquisition, and strategic business development.

Lucas holds a Master of Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
and a Bachelor of Science in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Bayes
Business School, University of London.
